Janice Page, CKD
As Principal of PKsurroundings, Janice has more than 20 years of interior design and space planning experience in residential projects. Her area of expertise is fine kitchens and Interiors. She takes pride in being highly involved in all projects and raising the bar in design every time to meet or exceed her clients' expectations. Janice states, “Our most promising reward is when we see how much we’ve changed our client’s lives and how they truly enjoy their new space.”
Janice is a graduate of Centenary College and the American College in London and holds a BFA in Interior Design. She is a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) and an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Throughout her years in the industry, she has received numerous awards, honors, and publications for her work.
While her primary interest is PKsurroundings, outside of work, Janice enjoys traveling with her husband, renovating their 1920s home, hiking, supporting Cocheco Valley Humane Society, giving back to the community and continuing the restoration of her dad’s 1934 Tudor Sedan.
Debbie received her degree in accounting and has spent the past 30 years working in the building trades industry managing small businesses. Spending over 20 years of it with her second family, Seacoast Home Builders Association as executive officer, has enabled her to build many valuable relationships within the field. Debbie’s many years of administrative experience in scheduling, managing, leadership, financing, and communication paired with Janice’s experience make for an all-inclusive design and remodel experience. Debbie is passionate about each and every aspect of a project, but most of all she loves to see the parts and pieces all come together and the joy it brings to a homeowner and their family once the transformation is complete!
“Our team approach throughout the project is key! Getting the right team together, communicating and working closely with them until the job is complete makes for a successful project and most importantly a very happy client," states Debbie.
When Debbie's not in the office, you'll likely find her with her husband and family or spending time outdoors. She loves gardening, bicycling or walking and relaxing at the beach.
